Features

ZS series slag pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, single-shell, horizontal-cantilever centrifugal pump designed for dissimilar conditions of underground soils or rocks such as silty clay, silt, sand and gravel and argillaceous silty sandstone. The liberal flow passage provided by its cassette-linked single body and the flow parts constructed from shock-rigid, wear-resistant hard nickel and high chromium make up a compact, jam-free pump featuring easy installation, smooth startup, reliable service, satisfactory cavitation behavior and strong wear resistance. It is capable of delivering up to 65%-concentration slurries that are up to 254mm in size,and can be used for multistage series connection for delvering slag to the distance.

Application

Applied to continuous delivery of highly abrasive materials with sizes too large for common slurry pumps; designed to deliver slag for the projects such as urban metro construction, tunnel shielding system, dredger operation, mining and metal smelting.
